Mr. McConnin graduated of University of San Diego school of Law in 1991 –  right into the upside down real estate market of the 1990s.  The skills and knowledge he acquired in 90s have been honed to sharp edge over the last two to three years.

In the most recent upside down real estate market Mr. McConnin has helped literally  100s of property owners achieve their desired loan workout solutions.

McConnin & Company Realty has listed and sold over 50 short sales since 2008.

Mr. McConnin and his staff have also helped property owners complete dozens of short sales and walkaways.

Mr. McConnin has been a licensed CA Real Estate attorney since 1991 and a CA Real Estate broker since 2003.
